Hi member families!

Racing season is in full swing, and there’s a small opportunity in-between races for us to get-together to take care of some jobs that are best handled by ‘many hands’.

We’ve selected this Sunday, 7/21 for our work party.

Tasks we need help from members include:

• Painting curbs, track, pits.
• Wrapping tires, using a banding machine for tire wraps.
• Repairing and seal coating the container roof to prevent leaks.
• Tar work (to seal/fill cracks in the track).
• Rebuilding and expanding the grid shack.
• House stairs replacement.
• General trimming and maintenance of bushes, weeds, and other vegetation.
• General cleaning and tidying.

To help, equipment and resources to bring include:

• Appropriate clothing (long pants if weed whacking, old clothes if painting), gloves, eyewear etc.
• Gardening equipment (pole saws, pruning tools, weed whacker, chainsaw, blower).
• Fuel or batteries for equipment.
• Painting equipment (rollers, brushes, paint trays etc).

Refreshments will be provided by the club.
