“ARTICLE VI Meetings
ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING.

The annual meeting of the membership will be held on the third Tuesday of October each year at 7:00 P.M. or at such other time as shall be fixed by the Trustees. The Trustees shall select the place and/or method for said annual meeting. At the annual meeting, reports from committees shall be considered, Officers and Trustees shall be elected, and other business shall be considered as may properly be brought before the Corporation.”
