- 2006 Zanardi Stock Shifter
Chassis 2006 Zanardi Shifter Stock Moto
This kart qualified off poll at last years Mt Hwy Gold Cup
Is basically a CRG with the Zanardi extras. All components are CRG.
Brakes are Ven04 but only better. The fronts are the same as Road Rebel Ven04, The rears look similar but have four pads instead of two. My son is hard on brakes and this system has had the best brake wear of any kart we have ever had. I think the Ven04’s are the best brakes around. Self adjust with NO drag.
All Zanardi parts are available from Cycle Barn as they are a Zanardi dealer. I also have an extra set of front spindles and an extra steering shaft. Most components are Magnesium (including wheels).
Has both front and rear torsion bars.
4 position front pills.
Rear cassettes (magnesium) are height adjustable and the process is quite simple.
Kart has a Mychron 3 Gold. This is the fancy one that track maps very nicely.
RCE T3 pipe and tunable silencer are a couple races old.
The Honda 125 is the correct Stock Moto engine for all series.
Engine was completely gone through by APD just one race ago. ($1500)
Has pump around PWM carb
Lots of nice features like shock mounted coil and fuel pump.
I have the correct airbox but have mounted an external air cleaner so you are not always sucking track dirt.
Brake disc bumper guard.
PSR Motor Mount
Ital radiator (the best you can buy in my opinion).
New fuel line.
